At Sammamish Senior Living Adult Family Home, we believe that aging with dignity begins with personalized, heartfelt care in a setting that feels like family. As a Washington State Department of Health–licensed adult family home, we serve just six residents at a time, allowing us to provide the kind of one-on-one attention and companionship that’s often missing in larger facilities.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Sammamish, our home is designed for both comfort and safety—with accessible living spaces, private and shared rooms, and outdoor areas for relaxation and fresh air.

Our residents are part of our extended family, and we take the time to get to know each person’s preferences, routines, medical needs, and life story. Whether it’s preparing a favorite meal, playing a beloved song, or sitting together for conversation, we focus on personalized moments that matter.
